
Creating Your Cake
Each cake is baked 4" tall (unless it's a custom carved cake) and has three layers of filling. You will need to choose your cake flavour as well as your filling flavour. The filling can be buttercream, or one of the fillings listed below. For multi-tiered cakes, you may choose a different flavour of cake and filling for each tier if you wish.
Each tier is frosted with Italian Meringue Buttercream and then covered in fondant. This allows the fondant to be peeled off if you choose not to eat it, leaving you with the yummy buttercream coating on the cake.
